Kathy Livingston

Kathy started her professional journey in the franchise industry as a business consultant supporting owners throughout the country in the areas of home care, childcare, tutoring and signage. 

Over her twenty plus year career, she has performed roles as a business consultant to both start-ups and well-established small businesses; as well as achieved success as an owner in the establishment of three new companies.

Kathy has served on the Board of Directors for multiple not for profit organizations, holding seats as the President and Treasurer. 

As President of Oliver’s Nannies Franchising, Inc., she currently oversees the strategic direction and development of the franchise system.  Kathy also maintains ownership of the flagship Oliver’s Nannies location in Millburn, New Jersey.  She currently resides in Maplewood, New Jersey with her husband, three young children and three dogs.

Sarah Giampiccolo

Sarah joined the Oliver’s Nannies team as the Founding Employee in October 2018.  She worked at the flagship location as Executive Director until 2023.  Prior to joining Oliver’s Nannies, Sarah attended The College of New Jersey where she received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a focus on Early Childhood Development.  

In 2023, Sarah joined Oliver’s Nannies Franchising as Director of Franchise Development.  In her role, Sarah enjoys being able to speak with potential franchisee’s and help them achieve their goals of business ownership.  

Outside of work, Sarah is a new mom and enjoys spending time with her husband and son, Jett!  Together, they enjoy all aspects of Florida living especially spending time out on the boat or by a pool.  She also enjoys watching football on Sunday’s and spending time with family and friends!

One thing I love most about my role is being able to speak with consultants & potential franchise owners and share my passion for the brand and watch the company grow! As a mom, I understand now more than ever how wonderful our solution is and being able to help spread that nationwide is so rewarding!

Sergio Mormile

Sergio Mormile is one of the founders of Oliver’s Nannies.

As Executive Director, he oversees all aspects of the business, focusing on bringing new team members to provide care to clients. Sergio comes to Oliver’s Nannies with years of experience in providing services to families and in recruitment of in-home support. His passion is helping others in any way possible, pouring his heart and soul into the families and nannies of Oliver’s Nannies!

Sergio is the father of five children and three dogs, which keep him very busy! He currently enjoys living in Maplewood, NJ and, as a native Italian, loves cooking dishes from his childhood in Naples, Italy. He also enjoys watching soccer on the weekends and cheering on his favorite team, AC Milan!
